Information collected
Service Jamaica Kool Ltd. collects customer contact information, service locations, equipment details, problem descriptions, uploaded photographs, technician notes, status history and completion reports where needed to deliver and document requested services.
Purpose
Information is used to review requests, contact customers, schedule and assign work, provide service updates, document findings, prepare quotations or invoices, maintain equipment history and respond to disputes or warranty questions.
Messages
SMS or WhatsApp service updates are sent only where the customer provides the relevant number and consent. Customers can ask dispatch to stop non-essential messages.
Access
Internal work-order information is restricted to authorized office staff, supervisors, technicians and approved service partners who need it for the assigned work.
Retention and security
Records should be retained only as long as reasonably required for service, financial, warranty, legal and operational purposes. Access controls, encrypted connections and audit records should be used to protect the platform.
